Mr. Rose founded Pro-Fuel Management Services in 1995 as an independent consultant. Beginning his career with US Air Commuter division in 1988 as a fuel accountant he rapidly progressed to the Manager of Fuel Operations overseeing purchasing, accounting, and the fuel tax department. After six years with US Air, he accepted a sales and marketing position selling jet fuel for World Fuel Services, a leading fuel brokerage firm. Having worked for both a user and a seller of jet fuel, he has extensive knowledge of the supply markets and sales & purchasing techniques necessary to obtain and negotiate fuel and related services at the most efficient cost for our clients. Over the past six years his fuel purchasing and fuel tax knowledge has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for nearly fifty different aviation companies. Mr. Rose has grown the company to where it is today, and has brought on additional staff to continue the growth of the company in the fuel management services with the addition of a very knowledgeable working partner, Eric Diller.

Eric Diller, Vice President:
Email Mr. Diller

Eric Diller brings over 15 years of aviation experience. Beginning in the aviation field as an air traffic controller for the U.S. Navy, then moving into the world of charter airline operations. Eric was responsible for several charter airlines domestic and international contract fuel programs and personally negotiated with the major oil companies for the supply and bulk storage of jet fuel at various locations throughout the United States. He developed company fuel procedures, monitored fuel purchases and pricing for future contract considerations, and negotiated into-plane and ground service requirements for all locations. He also directly managed all operational phases of the customer service staff; dispatchers and support personnel, in a busy operations environment that insured flights and trip setups were completed in a timely manner to customer's satisfaction.

"Pro-Fuel Management Services is structured to save the client money, while providing quality service at an efficient cost. The rate structure has been thought out with you, the client, in mind. Please consider that an average salary and benefit package to staff one purchasing agent and a clerk would cost your airline anywhere from $50,000.00 and up annually. We firmly believe our rates will save you money."
